Your new company
Our client is a California-based heavy civil contractor who has over 100 years of experience in the Bay Area. They self-perform all their services, including site preparation, underground utilities, commercial concrete as well as emergency response. Projects range from $1Mill - $100Mill across public and private projects in the Northern Californian region. The position will be based in Tracy CA office.

Your new role
Due to increased project load, they are looking to add an experienced project manager to the team. As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the project costing, safety, scheduling, budget and overall management of the day-to-day operations of the site. You will communicate and manage the project, liaising with sub-trades, consultants, engineers and client representatives.

What you'll need to succeed
You possess a minimum of 5 years' experience as a Project Manager in the civil construction industry and hold either a Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree.
You will come from a heavy civil background and have experience on working on highway, paving, grading, bridge, or underground utility projects. You will have excellent computer skills along with a strong attention to detail. You will possess excellent leadership qualities and are able to lead any given project or task.
