What You Will Be Doing Financial Responsibility of the Project
Oversight of vendors/consultants and project coordination with respect to time and budget.
Experience with quality control
Reporting to a Director
Follow a monthly schedule ahead of time
Scheduling
Coordinate inspections with local authorities
Communicate w/ team in regards to submittals, RFI's, etc.
What You Need for this Position Experience with the job duties listed above
3+ years of experience as a Multi Family PM
