Beacon Hill Staffing is hiring a Project Manager for our client, a branding and marketing agency in Atlanta, Ga.

In this role, you will be working with a growing, award-winning agency to manage high-profile marketing and website projects for a multitude of clients within an array of industries in a fast-paced and energetic environment.

You will define project objectives, acquire necessary resources, ensure quality control, and collaborate closely with clients, guiding cross-functional teams, third-party contractors and consultants to the successful completion of a project on time and on budget.

Responsibilities include:

• Ability to work on several simultaneous projects
• Develop deliverables related to project initiation including project scope, budget, risk assessment, project initiation reports, staffing, project organization outline, and standards and control procedures.?
• Monitor project progress, deliverables, and quality assurance.
• Report status internally and to the client and identify and resolve risks that impact project completion.
• Manage time and budget for the client, initiate action to identify and resolve problems, and ensure goals are met.
• Coordinates planning, development, testing, documentation, and installation of project to ensure timely deliverable, project success and quality.
• Communicate with internal and external clients to ensure all production schedules and critical milestones fulfill client requests and expectations
• Manage and adjust resources as necessary to ensure project success and completion.
• Provide work direction and feedback to team members and assist them in issue resolution.
• Provide guidance to team members on problem solving.
• Assist in staffing activities related to project.

Project Manager Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years project management experience
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Must have strong communication skills
• Must have strong organizational skills
• Must pay attention to detail
• Must work well on a team
• Must be goal oriented and action-focused, practical and self disciplined
• Must be well versed in project management techniques, processes and methodologies
• Creative problem solving
• Must be able to create and maintain project plans, issue logs, risk/?mitigation strategies.
• Understanding of digital projects and involvement from concept to launch, extremely helpful

MUST HAVE:

• 3-4 years creative/art/marketing AGENCY experience

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• MSO
• Google
• Mavenlink (PM software)
