Job Description

The Project Management Assistantsupports the Project Management staff in servicing clients to meet the laboratory mission.Position is 1st Shift, M-F 8am-5pm, with overtime as needed in Cedar Falls, IA

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Project set-up
  • Creates bottle orders
  • Schedules courier or Service Center pick ups or drop offs as needed
  • Confirms non-Eurofins North Centralsubcontract labs are on the approved list and set up as vendors for existing work
  • Generates accounting software requisition when sending subcontract samples
• Sample Receipt
  • Reviews log-in
  • Generates subcontract paperwork
  • Reviews draft invoice
  • Confirms that any client needed information (purchase order, project number, etc.) is recorded in LIMS for invoicing
• Reporting
  • Creates and issues final report by client due date
  • Issues final data package
  • State reporting forms and submission
  • Data upload
  • Compiles case narrative
  • Invoicing
  • Reviews final invoice before issuing to client
  • Generates credit/debit memos as needed
  • Submits credit/debit memos for approval
  • Submits approved credit/debit memos to client, if needed
  • Submits revised invoices

Qualifications

Basic Minimum Qualifications

• Associatedegree (four years client-relationship/client service experience may substitute for degree)
• Authorization to work in the United States without restriction or sponsorship

Ideal Candidates will have:

• Customer service/client relationsexperience preferred
• Prior lab experience isa plus
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Effective problem-solving skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Computer skills, using routine software applications, such as Outlook, Office, Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint.

Compensation range:-$16-18/hour (DOE)

Eurofins Environment Testing (USA) provides a compensation range for informational purposes, the actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience and skill set, base salary of internal peers, business sector, and geographic location.
