You will be responsible for being the project team leader, overseeing and managing the planning, execution, delivery, closeout, and overall success of a specific project. As the Project Executive, you will report to the Vice President of Construction. On all phases of the construction process, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the construction process from the start through close-out. You will collaborate with the asset management and development teams to aid in design efforts and ensure quality and delivery align with overall expectations.
What You Will Be Doing - Have an active role in the pre-construction phase of a project
- Workflow and scheduling
- Organize and execute the contracting buyout phase of the project
- Provide supervisory support to field management
- Overseeing material control
- Managing cost control
- Establishing safety on the job site and field staff through mandatory inspections
- Being hands-on with administrative duties
- Manage contractor and subcontractor draws
- Erosion control monitoring
- Establishing site security
- Successfully ensuring the post-construction process by aiding in turnover walk criteria and assisting in preparing the final close-out report
What You Need for this Position - 4-year degree in Construction/Enguineering or similar experience
- 5+ years of managing construction projects from start to finish
- Prefered degree in construction or equivalent experience
- Multifamily construction experience
- Working knowledge of Procore technology
- Experience working on $20+ projects
- 2+ years of Supervisor experience
