Job Responsibilities:

Support Project Managers by:
* Ensuring the timely delivery of materials and meeting project requests, promptly addressing client inquiries
* Facilitating effective communication with technicians and suppliers
* Supervising onsite technicians' time cards
* Managing adjustments in project scope
* Recording dispatch details and task documentation
* Coordinating pre-installation surveys, installations, and service calls
* Guaranteeing precise invoicing procedures with vendors

Requirements:

* High School Diploma is a prerequisite
* A minimum of 1 year of in-office work experience is required
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite is required
* Prior experience with NetSuite is a plus!

Additional:

* Pay range: $40,000 to $48,000
* Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
* Location: Onsite
