We have an excellent opportunity for a Project Coordinator at Cornell Storefront Systems, our National Account Division, located in Wilkes-Barre, PA. This position does have the ability to work remotely.  We will also consider part time candidates. 



Job Summary

  1. Assist Project Admin and PMs with minor escalations such as damaged freight, missing materials, general product/installation inquiries.
  2. Receive contracts/orders and notify Contract Admin, Credit, Legal and PM in a timely manner using Smartsheets.
  3. Assist in follow up of outstanding contract to ensure executed contract is received.
  4. Prepare and send out project information reports to customers as requested.
  5. Updated of job cards with Navision on a regular basis to maintain accurate information and job stage.
  6. Review and bid jobs, as assigned, from existing customer requests direct or from their General Contractor invitations. Jobs will lower level in difficult and repetitive.
  7. Responds to inquiries- including reviewing the accuracy of blueprints and product specifications, accurate costing and pricing of product, freight and installation, and timely issuing of quotations.
  8. Maintain thorough knowledge of Cornell Storefront’s product line (Cornell, Amstel, Clopay, Pioneer etc.), including the different types and various options, and uses this information to offer competitive products and terms to customers.
  9. Maintain close and harmonious working relations with customers, suppliers, Account Executives, the Operations Department and others who can contribute to good customer service.
  10. Manage duties in such a way that-product and services meet customer expectations, and fall within Company’s performance expectations, i.e. in a timely manner, professional manner.

Construction industry experience preferred.

Ability to work in a collaborative work environment.

Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.
