Summary:

Responsible to promote the goals of the program by coordinating program development and the optimization of the objectives. Focuses on implementing strategic tasks that align the programs with the department/organization's business strategy and goals.

Responsibilities:

Plans and monitors program execution including project coordination and managing project deliverables within the deadlines.Ensures that assigned programs adhere to established schedules, specifications, regulations and objectives.Reports on program performance to leadership, team, and stakeholders. Provides feedback, insights, and directions.Identifies opportunities for continual improvement and expansion.Participates in planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating the program. Communicates with leadership to understand goals and deliver results.Responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies and monitoring quality and performance improvement (PI/QI) issues.Develops and implements tasks and guidelines to produce a comprehensive program.May plan and monitor staffing activities including hiring, orienting, evaluating, disciplinary actions, and continuing education initiatives.
