Summary:

This position reports to the System Director, Clinical Support and Resource Utilization. The Program Manager, Clinical Operations manages the daily operations for the clinical supply chain team inclusive of value analysis, contract launch packages, cadence calls, compliance tracking, executive presentation materials and the SharePoint site. To be an effective part of the team; must be a self-sufficient person who can effectively manage meetings from beginning to end and facilitate all ongoing activities throughout the process to include conference calls and face-to face meetings.

Requirements:

•Bachelor's degree preferred.
•Advanced knowledge and highly proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite, including MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook.
•Excellent skills in spelling and formatting and PowerPoint required.
•Excellent communicator, speaker, and listener.
•Analytical and quantitative thinker.
•Enjoys teaching, coaching, and mentoring.
•Ability to operate in a complex, dynamic environment.
•Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
•Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral or schedule form.
•Ability to work occasional long or irregular hours including nights and weekends.
•Meeting deadlines in high pressure environment.
•Requires a high degree of professional knowledge in processes.
•4 years of healthcare experience required, preferably in acute care of working for an IDN.
•PMP certification preferred.
