Program Manager If you are someone who has experience managing customer success teams, working with internal departments to create more streamlined sales processes and has experience leading projects from start to finish, please read on!

Headquartered in Bosie, we've been around for nearly 30 years! We specialize in providing aviation parts to companies across the globe. Our team is looking for a person who can do it all. This person will be responsible for overseeing our customer success team (currently 3 reps). They'll be managing multiple projects with this team and ensuring a streamlined delivery and a thorough sales process. In addition to overseeing the CS team, this person will need some sales operations chops. You'll be asked to redefine the sales process and look for ways to increase efficiencies.
What You Will Be Doing - Must have managerial, coaching, and/or leadership experience.
- Must be able to communicate facts and ideas to people or groups in a clear, succinct manner that will assist them to comprehend and remember the message. actively listens to others.
- Excel, Outlook, and Windows knowledge are required; Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics proficiency is desired.
- Project Management: having experience starting and finishing tasks.
- Accountable for developing and overseeing the rules and regulations that improve the customer experience.
- The CS team will be instructed and coached on how to apply program management principles to the order process.
