Location: REMOTE
Salary: $60,000 - $68,000 + bonus
Description: Due to growth & expansion, Large International Food Manufacturing Company is looking for Production Supervisors for several locations throughout the US.

Candidates must be ~

- Not local - open to relocation to any facility AND open to relo in the future (2-5 years) for advancement These facilities are located, but not limited to MO, UT, WI, PA

CANDIDATES WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR LOCAL FACILITIES

- Degree or comparable experience

- 2+ years experience in a food or high-speed manufacturing leadership capacity

Compensation - Base Salary ($60-68K) + Bonuses + weekend pay + excellent benefits

Details ~

- Manages hourly production associates leading by example in a manner that is proactive for the company

- Train, coach, evaluate and reinforce Process Excellence principles

- Work with the team to make sure that daily production is organized to maximize efficiencies, making necessary adjustments as conditions change

- Must encourage teamwork and compliance with plant policies and procedures
- Must follow Good Manufacturing Practices and good housekeeping guidelines

- Assist with staffing to ensure decisions to the production schedule meet customer requirements

Requirements ~

- BS/BA strongly preferred (will consider stable work history & experience if no degree)

- ***MUST be open to working a 12-hour night shift (rotating days)

- *** 2-5 years supervisory food or consumer goods manufacturing experience preferred

- Demonstrated leadership skills

- LEAN manufacturing experience
