Description: Poultry processor is seeking Night Shift Production Superintendents for their fresh processing operations, one for for Cut Up and one for IQF.
Responsibilities:
- Manage shift production operations
- Manage and mentor shift supervisors
- Ensure QA and safety procedures are being followed
- Report to Plant Manager
- BA/BS strongly preferred, but will consider non-degreed for exceptional candidates
- 5+ years poultry production management experience
- Fresh meat processing experience
- Poultry experience strongly desired
- Processing experience- IQF or poultry cut up experience
- Willingness to work in a kill plant
- Bilingual Spanish a plus
