• Service Parts:Identify, Source, Price and Input Service Parts
  • Maintain accuracy and be responsive in a timely manner
• Installation Parts:Review, Approve, Source, Price Installation Parts
  • Monitor incoming requests through a team mailbox and respond in a timely manner
  • Develop a Product Request Form
  • Develop, maintain and follow a Product Approval Process
• Maintain product price changes
  • Accurate data entry on Solomon and CPQ
  • Report price increases on weekly reports and a team call
• Maintain Product Categorization
  • Develop Primary and Sub Categories
  • Input correct Manufacturer, Distributor, Descriptions, Pricing in Solomon and CPQ
  • Resolve any Solomon / CPQ issues
• Reporting
  • Present a weekly activity report
  • Maintain and present a monthly price increase report
• Leadership and training
  • Train and manage select team members to support price update initiatives

Experience required:

• High School diploma required or equivalent
• 3-5 years of electronic security experience in sales, application engineering or technical support.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, specifically V-Lookup, Filtering and Pivot Tables.
• Experience with Solomon and Oracle CPQ preferred, but not required.
