Your role:

EMD Performance Materials in San Jose, CA is seeking a Product & Market Manager to add to their Customer Enablement (CE) team at Intermolecular. This is an onsite position reporting to the Head of Customer Enablement & Business Development and will be mainly responsible for the Intermolecular services brand. He/she will be responsible for the following key activities:

• Managing and executing the product line and marcom plans, coordinating with external marcom contractor
  • Promotional materials/content for conferences
  • Presentations for customers
  • Website - structure and content
  • Social Media Promotion (also linked with EMD Performance Materials)
  • Press Releases
  • Webinars
• Work/Align with the global semiconductor marcom organization
  • Coordinate on content for conferences/exhibits/trade shows
  • Coordinate on social media promotional priorities
  • Support information requests for corporate reviews and updates
• Review and coordinate technical input/content from the CTO team, the Intermolecular Center of Excellence and the various semiconductor business fields to best position the Intermolecular product service offerings and align on all promotional activities/content

Who you are:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a Technical, Marketing, or Business discipline with 3+ years' experience in the semiconductor/micro-electronics industry or Master's degree in a Technical, Marketing, or Business discipline

Preferred Qualifications:

• Semiconductor industry experience (min 3 years) with technical expertise/background
• Knowledge and experience of social media channels as well as understanding how these channels are used across the world
• Digitally proficient with video and interactive content
• Global knowledge and experience in working with different cultures
• Managing communications and coordination in a complex global company matrix
• Energetic, self-motivated
• Proficiency with standard MS Office software, especially PowerPoint
