As a product manager with Venmo you will be part of the Product Team where you will work closely with fellow product managers, designers and engineers to deliver seamless intuitive payment experiences to our users.

As we launch these new experiences, wewant you to be a strategic driver ofexpanding and connectingthemso they're even more relevant and impactful for our users.

In this role, you will work with other product managers andmarketing stakeholdersas well as engineering and design to build out and execute a product roadmap around ourmarketing and growth opportunities.You will be responsible for understanding our existing products end toend,anddesigningflywheel moments for consumersto help connectour products in new ways.You will investigate data aroundour existing products and review where the largest opportunities may be to grow and expand our target audiences, manage request intake and feature scoping, and participate in agile ceremonies to drive the execution and launch of new features. You will be the point person for your domain, balancing customer desires, business requirements, legal/compliance, growth and monetization considerations.

What We're Looking For
  • Minimum5years as a Product Manager, ideally in a Growth focused role or company
  • Keenunderstanding ofProduct Marketingand the value of a flywheel engine
  • Experience building a productroadmapand working with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver measurableimpact
  • Analytical experience, specifically in using Looker or other BI tools to drill down on insights and create solutions on data-drivenhypotheses
  • Analyze, quantify, and articulate trade-offs of product roadmapfeatures
  • Familiarity with FinTech products and concepts
  • Strong verbal communication and presentation skillsto senior leaders and project partners
  • Deep attention to detail; desire to collaborate on new processes forefficiency
  • Bias toward data-driven decisionmaking
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and deliver core responsibilities againstdeadlines
  • Ability to quickly buildconsensus
  • Experience in Payments or Consumer Financial Services is a plus
