Based in San Francisco, we are meeting a critical need for a writing assistant for teams and professionals. For those customers who need to produce a lot of material and do it all to strict standards, our solution becomes crucial. Our team is small, but hand-selected, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable. Help everyone receive excellent writing. To create the best writing assistant in the world, we need a thoughtful, smart designer who puts the needs of the user first. You'll be a part of a small, agile product development team that is working on a quickly expanding product.
What You Will Be Doing Create our user experiences, taking into account:
- Investigating user and business goals in cooperation with the product
- Transforming user requirements and corporate goals into designs that assist our clients in completing tasks (delightfully)
- Assessing the effectiveness of designed solutions through prototyping
- Get input, then decide how to iterate and enhance whatever you launch.
- Work on the product roadmap with partners from many fields.
- Keep improving the community, quality, and design process.
What You Need for this Position 4+ years of expertise as a product and user experience designer.
Although it is not necessary, experience working on a technical or B2B product is a plus.
- Proficient in product design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Origami, Principal
- Have experience designing for business and developer-focused products
- Are dedicated to balancing the demands of consumers, members, and business in order to create a sustainable and scalable business.
- Possessing an experimental process that is divergent and able to convey trade-offs
- Resourceful, eager to get things done, and enthusiastic about the chance to work with a young startup.
