Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and deployment of internal/external process improvements, organization initiatives and projects/procurement activities.
• Assist with the maintenance of processes and systems.
• Utilize procurement/planning systems to ensure planning, validation, and maintaining of all requirements for procurement analysis.
• Support the coordination and tracking of action items and metrics, supplier management procedures for planning, procurement plans, shortage mitigation, schedule validation, self-governance, and inventory analysis.
• Process in SAP the fulfillment of open purchase orders and coordinates with suppliers, internal stakeholders and customers for recovery schedules and improvements to meet demand requirements.
• Input data, run queries, perform all updates in SAP.
• Utilize procurement/planning systems to ensure planning, validation, and maintaining of all requirements for procurement analysis.
• Communicate with procurement agents, managers, internal customers, and outside suppliers to identify and resolve issues associated with the procurement cycle.
• Primary support to SBM

Qualifications:

• Prefer College degree, experience with MRP and finance systems
• Credit Check
• SAP experience
• Microsoft Office Suit experience
• Data analysis experience
