Process Engineer With over 20 years of industry experience, we are a leading provider of parylene coating and related specialty engineering services. We provide engineering support, lean manufacturing, first article design concepts, and high-volume commercial production operating cells and have a deep expertise in proprietary plasma technologies, application of conformal coatings, potting and encapsulation & epoxy compounds. We are looking to bring on a Process Engineer with manufacturing experience as we enter the process of Cyber Maturity Model Certification.

What You Will Be Doing -Develop and optimize processes to meet customer requirements for products to survive extreme environments
-Work closely and provide support to multiple departments (production, quality, sales, etc.)
-Strong presence on production floor to help solve development issues, failure analysis, and process improvement
-Understand plasma systems used on electronics for surface modification and etch back
-Program for 3-axis equipment and validating conformance to engineering drawings

- CAM
