RESPONSIBILITIES:
A Kforce client is seeking to hire a Principal Reliability Engineer-Memory ICs in Tempe, Arizona (AZ).Summary:We are working directly with the Hiring Manager on this exclusive search assignment. The company offers a competitive compensation package including base salary, annual bonus and stock/RSU's. This position is hybrid remote.Responsibilities:- Product and reliability characterization
- Specific reliability includes STT specific modeling of data retention and intrinsic and extrinsic TDDB
- Wafer level test for model development; Model verification; Correlation to package level results
- Analysis to predict improvement paths; Interface for foundry reliability models, EM/SM, NBTI, etc.; Product includes ELFR, HTOL, HTSL, etc.
- Thrive working in a cross functional environment to define and execute product characterization and validation plans
- Will work closely with test/characterization team; Work with materials and technology team to help define future roadmap
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Physics, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar field; Master's degree or Ph.D. preferred
- 8-10+ years of experience with Reliability Engineering and Characterization for Memory IC's
- Demonstrated track record of product spec validation, reliability characterization, and qualification
- Experience with Memory IC's such as any of the following: SRAM, TRAM, reRAM, MRAM, RAM, EEPROM, FLASH, DRAM, DDR, etc.
- Experience with Wafer level testing for model development; Model verification; Correlation to package level results
- Experience Interfacing for foundry reliability models, EM/SM, NBTI, etc.
- Experience working with materials and technology team to help define future roadmaps
- Ability to manage and communicate qualification plans, timelines, status, results internally and externally
- Ability with working in a cross functional environment to define and execute product characterization and validation plans
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in team environment
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills
- Detail-oriented, organized approach to performing and reviewing work
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
