Job Description:

The Principal Product Manager plays a crucial role in the planning, development, and lifecycle management of the products in CoreLogic'sLocation Intelligencebusiness line.From client research and revenue forecasting to strategy planning and execution, you'll guide our path to the future.

In this hybrid-remote role, you will provide guidance/direction to cross-functional teams to execute against product milestones. In addition, you'll collaborate with sales, account managers, solutions experts, technical experts, and partners to present and position current and future product offerings.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify new areas of revenue-generating opportunity through market research, understanding CoreLogic's data, analytics & capabilities, and analyzing market trends and competitive gaps.
  • Support business plans and strategy with ROI and financial analysis.
  • Lead, participate, and present the values of products to key industry organizations, conferences, and forums.
  • Monitor industry trends and assess how they will impact the business.
  • Partner with other senior leaders to establish strategic plans and objectives.
  • Lead product lifecycle and associated business plans.
  • Establish and maintain the product roadmap, which includes prioritized features, corresponding justification, and estimated costs. Work with business leads, stakeholders, and matrixed partners to ensure plans are integrated with broader strategies.
  • Work with clients to understand their needs and opportunities.
  • Determine market opportunities and guide pricing decisions, distribution, and competitive positioning.
  • Monitor the development of business plans, and lead Go-to-market activities, including but not limited to product packaging, positioning, pricing, etc. in the marketplace.
  • Achieve revenue and profitability objectives.

Job Qualifications:
  • 5-10 years of proven product management experience with multiple products, preferably in diverse market segments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Science or a related field.
  • Experience in managing a product portfolio as an individual contributor.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and customer service skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and group communication skills. Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences. Strong communication skills and leadership presence.
  • Ability to understand complex business and technical concepts and to be able to make good judgment when faced with trade-offs.
  • Demonstrated success in establishing, managing, and maintaining effective working relationships at the executive management level, internal and external to the organization.
  • Negotiation skills to influence strategic issues requiring coordination across functional lines or influencing senior leaders regarding matters of significance to the organization.
  • A high degree of adaptability.
  • Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced, and entrepreneurial environment.
  • Ability to manage processes, asses optimal execution pathways, and organize people and activities.
  • Understanding of the latest technology trends such as cloud computing, artificial intelligence, etc.
  • Highly Preferred: Understanding and experience with Geospatial technology, tools, and trends.
  • Highly Preferred: Experience with Data products and/or SaaS products

Annual Pay Range:
100,300 - 155,000 USD
