Position: Principal Product Manager

Job Location: 640 W. California Avenue, Sunnyvale, CA 94086

Duties: Drive product lifecycle including requirement definitions, research, metrics analysis, technical specifications, development, testing, KPIs, OKRs, and other launch efforts. Work with data science, engineering, and Walmart partners to define the data requirements, measurement methodologies, APIs, and UX for reporting dashboards. Define long-term vision and strategy by providing thought leadership on internal and external best practices and standards to drive decision making. Develop product roadmaps by considering technical architecture and implementation; collecting and analyzing customer and product data; and turning customer insights into actionable priorities and initiatives. Define user and business acceptance criteria and roll out strategy; manage risks and dependencies; and prioritize product backlog. Communicate requirements and key insights to stakeholders (such as business leaders, User Experience, Engineering, and Analytics). Secure buy-in from executive-level leadership. Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates by selecting and training; mentoring; assigning duties; and building a team-based work environment. Seek and implement continuous improvements and encourage the team to leverage new digital tools and ways of working. Adopt a holistic perspective that considers data, analytics, customer insights, and different parts of the business when making plans and shaping the team's strategy. Deliver product analytics that drive better customer experiences and health outcomes. Deliver a holistic and integrated Messaging solution that can be used across all business units. This position supervises three employees (three Senior Product Managers).

Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Business Administration, or related area and 7 years of experience in product management; OR Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Business Administration, or related area and 9 years of experience in product management.

Skills required: Experience with data visualization using Tableau and Looker. Experience with Amazon Web Services. Experience with Relational Database Management System including Microsoft SQL Server. Experience with product management using JIRA, Confluence, and Aha. Experience with UI/UX design using Lucid chart, InVision, and Sketch. Experience designing and deploying API integrations using RESTAPI. Experience with Salesforce CRM. Experience with Multi-lingual Patient Engagement Messaging Platform. Experience with Agile scrum development. Experience with .Net Web services and client and server architecture. Experience implementing and certifying SOC 2 Type 2 and with HITRUST and HIPAA compliance. Employer will accept any amount of experience with the required skills.

Salary Range: $215,943/year to $286,000/year. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location) and Stock equity incentives.
