What You Will Be Doing This is a key position for the company as it is responsible for making our product usable to actual, everyday, humans. The Principal Frontend Engineer is also responsible for mentoring our more junior and staff engineers in concepts and tech stacks that they might not be familiar with, along with interviewing potential team members. Helping the entire team learn and grow is a priority. As the Principal Frontend Engineer it will be your responsibility to perform code reviews, drive improvements, leverage HTML and CSS, test their code using unit and integration tests, be the SME for the products UX.
What You Need for this Position - Bachelors in Computer Science or Equivalent
- 7+ years experience developing SaaS products
- Experience creating single-page web apps with React and JS
- Experience creating and maintaining component libraries using tools like Storybook
- Advanced understanding of web application development ecosystem such as Lodash, Immutable, Parcel, Babel, and WebPack
- Advanced understanding of REST API's
- Expert level understanding of web authorization such as JSON Web Tokens
- Expert level understanding of Cloud based platforms such as GCP, AWS, and/or Azure
- Experience with deploying modern CI/CD tools such as Kubernetes, Terraform, GitLab
- Understanding of regulated environments such as as FedRAMP, ISO, SOC 2, etc.
- Experience with InteliNotion a plus
