Practice Manager 1 - NGPG Neurosurgery - Gainesville

Full Time

The Practice Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the office. Responsible for oversight of Operating budget, Capital budget, and Customer Satisfaction. Performs a range of duties that include supervising all employees in the office setting, providing support for Physicians and Mid-Level Providers in a single location setting, maintaining clinical, financial and administrative records, customer relations, monitors inventory of supplies, month-end functions, and collection efforts. Ability to set priorities among multiple requests

Current BLS certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

High School Diploma or equivlent. Associate's degree in business and/or healthcare related fields preferred; may be substituted for 3 years of medical office and/or business experience.

Minimum of three years of medical office and/or business experience
