GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supervise production operations providing support to print and production and Mail Services including Presort, Inserting, Inkjet, Printing, Meters, Drivers and Facility Management. Also oversee equipment maintenance.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Oversee all facility and maintenance issues for facility
2. Provide guidance, analysis and support to all areas of Operations
3. Supervise and oversee SLA of all areas of Operations and associated tracking and monitoring
4. Oversee inventory, order shipping and receiving for all areas of Operations
5. Supervise Operations Staff including; development, evaluation , and support
6. Maximize operational efficiencies and control expenses in all areas of Operation
7. Assure ISO Quality Assurance protocols are followed in all areas of Operations
8. Comply with and enforce all OSHA safety guidelines for all areas of Operations
9. Provide maintenance support needed for all areas of Operations and personnel
10. Serve as technical resources in meetings
11. Assist with all aspects of Operation as needed
12. Perform other duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

1. Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
2. Knowledge of first class and marketing mail preparation preferred
3. Experience in the use of personal computers
4. Ability to practice quality customer service
5. Positive and effectively communicate to staff and office employees

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Maintenance Experience
2. Experience in Operations Management
3. High school Diploma/GED
4. Good communication skills
5. Proficient in Microsoft applications
6. Valid Indiana Driver's license
