Location: Lancaster (Township), PA
Description: Our client is currently seeking a Plant Manager.
This job will have the following responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall operations at a manufacturing facility.
- Participate and lead plant lean/continuous improvement projects
- Hire, train and develop staff
- Champion plant quality standards and ensure products meet customer and company requirements
- Ensure plant follows company EHS standards
- Manage P&L
- Bachelor's Degree highly preferred
- 5+ years as a Plant Manager in a larger facility
- 10 years of manufacturing experience in a high volume/high speed facility
- Experience leading Lean/CI initiatives
- Strong computer skills (Office, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Tactical and Strategic vision implementation
