Description: Our client is currently seeking a Physical Therapist!

The Goal:
- Improve the way that musculoskeletal issues are cared for within the broader context of the US healthcare ecosystem and we are looking for clinicians who are dedicated to high-quality, evidence-based medicine, interested in new models of care, and excited about utilization of high-value technology to be a part of our journey.
- Have relevant education, licensure, and time in practice
- Are licensed to practice in the state of Florida
- Are Board Certified as an OCS and/or SCS
- Have practiced for at least 6 years
- Want to work in a collaborative care team environment with other physicians, mid-level providers, physical therapists, and health coaches
- Practiced physical therapy in a collaborative setting with other provider types
- Have experience with conservative outpatient spine and joint care
- Have experience with surgical aftercare
- Provided care in the home setting
