As a member of the People Technology Team, the People Technology Analyst shares responsibility for the management and maintenance of HR systems and serves as a technical point-of-contact for functional areas within the People Operations department. The incumbent will provide support for the HR team in the areas of day-to-day support, testing of system changes, reporting strategy, and the analysis of data for process improvement opportunities. This is a cross-functional technical role that requires superior internal employee service and communication skills.
What you'll do as a People Technology Workday Senior Analyst:

  • You will be troubleshooting Workday by researching and identifying the root causes for data problems such as; system limitations or design, user error, or lack of standard procedures for accurate ongoing administration of HR systems and reports.
  • You will own the maintenance and creation of system support confluence documentation, FAQs, and job aids.
  • Collaborates with the cross-functional team members to support day to day needs of multiple Workday modules.
  • Maintain and enforce reporting strategy and procedures. Must feel comfortable building and troubleshooting calc fields.
  • Assists Talent Acquisition Ops with various projects and tasks as needed.
  • Own business process and configuration of Talent Acquisition and Recruiting.
  • Own testing initiative and perform the majority of end-to-end testing for Workday workstreams.
  • Provide troubleshooting, configuration, and mass data load support to HR Admins and employees in the Workday during rollout and testing.
  • Act as subject matter expert for functional teams within Recruitment.
  • Support initiatives that integrate HCM systems with other systems by executing test scenarios, and meeting management assistance.
  • Support People Technology Manager in system optimization initiatives, and eventually run your own.
  • Provide workshops and live (or recorded) training to HR staff, recruiters, and employees for new functionalities and features.
  • Tier 0 Support and Maintenance. Document How-To Guides for employees and, recruiters, and HR staff. Create and maintain chatbot support decision trees.
What you'll bring:
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred
  • Three plus years of experience in HRIS administration, functional support, and enhancement development required.
  • Strong analytical skills including problem-solving, attention to detail, and clear communication of complex results
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities
  • Some integration experience a plus
  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Workday experience is required.
This position can sit in either the Boston office or remote; however, this work is to be performed entirely outside of Colorado.
