• Review vendor deliverables and processes related to a tax modernization project from Legacy to Pega Platform
• Review technical architecture documents, design, for verification of technical needs of the solution
• Perform code reviews for applications developed on Pega platform.
• Analyze development practices to ensure project is using industry standards and best practices.
• Identify and report on technical project risks associated with solution development and data conversion
• Recommend process improvements to mitigate technical challenges encountered by project team

General Requirements
• More than three (3) years as a Pegasystems system architect/developer on IT projects
• Experience with requirement analysis, design and development
• Experience with conversion from Legacy applications to Pega Platform
• Experience in leading a team of technical and functional analysts
• Experience in providing written and verbal communication with executive leadership of project teams
• Experience in developing proposals in response to RFPs
• Strong writing and communication skills (samples will be requested)

 

Desirable
• Experience with State government projects
• Experience with Tax modernization projects
• Agile experience
• Certified Pegasystems System Architect (Senior or Lead is a plus)
• Experience with Pega Cloud Services
