Position Title: Pega Business Systems Analyst
Location: US Remote
Contract: Through the end of the year (potential to extend)

Project Details

TSG is looking for a skilled and experienced Pega Business Systems Analyst to conduct an in-depth assessment of existing legacy workflows and automated processes across multiple business units and technology stacks within one of the largest wireless telecommunications providers in America.

The analyst will identify opportunities to migrate processes to Pega while leveraging its capabilities for process improvement and optimization. The analyst will work with a team of BSAs and an Architect to provide technical expertise and thoughtful leadership in Pega platform implementation and customization.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Discovery: Catalog and analyze existing workflows, identifying inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Pega Platform Utilization: Evaluate opportunities to leverage Pega's features and functionalities to enhance processes.
• Migration Strategy: Develop a phased approach for migrating processes to Pega, prioritizing high-impact areas for improvement.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business units to understand their requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Documentation and Reporting: Document findings, recommendations, and proposed enhancements for future reference and decision-making.

Project Deliverables

• Comprehensive assessment report outlining identified processes, recommended enhancements, and migration strategies.
  
• Roadmap for implementing proposed improvements, including timelines, resource requirements, and expected outcomes.

Basic Qualifications for Consideration:

• 3-5 Years of BSA Experience
  • Majority spent working with Pega
• Pega Certification
• Proven track record of similar work (Process Discovery, Platform Utilization, Migration Strategy, Stakeholder Collaboration, Documentation & Reporting).
• Experience creating User Stories

Preferred Skills:

• Delivering requirements to an Agile Software Development team.
