Payroll
- Accountable for collecting timekeeping information and calculating hours worked and pay received for employees
- Collecting, compiling, and entering payroll data using ADP's Workforce
- Reviewing and verifying documents with employee information
- Processing payroll by established deadlines
- Ensuring that the time records are accurate and that any inconsistencies are resolved
- Working with managers to train and ensure that employees are clocking in and out in a timely manner
- Answer payroll related questions and concerns
- Prepare periodic payroll reports
- Working knowledge of excel Ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations and guidelines
- Bachelors in Accounting preferred or High school diploma/GED with at least 1-2 years of payroll experience
- Knowledge of payroll software is beneficial
- Strong attention to detail
- Good math and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Team player
- Solid data entry skills
- Good working knowledge of ADP's Workforce Now preferred
- Understanding of basic accounting principles
