We're currently hiring for open positions in the US and Canada. We operate in Canada as Engineered Lifting Systems and Equipment (ELS)/DBA Gorbel® Canada, and subsequent communication related to Canadian positions may show the ELS name. Work Shift:
First Shift (United States of America)

Job Description:

Operates degreasing equipment to remove foreign matter from the surface of metal parts. Maintains pressurized washer system.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Cleans metal parts of all foreign materials and prepares for painting
• Inspects parts for missing welds and other defects
• Manually dries parts
• Loads and unloads parts trees
• Rolls loaded carts into and out of spray cleaning area
• Unloads carts from ovens
• Maintains cleaning system including hoses and spray guns
• Removes sludge and cleans sludge pit
• Coordinates component flow with other departments
• All other duties as requested by management

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent with at least one year in warehouse operations preferred

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

ADA Physical/Mental/Workplace Requirements

• Ability to lift and push 50 lbs
• Ability to use handle spraying equipment
• Required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE)
