Facebook is seeking a product marketing professional to join the Partner Product Marketing team with Media Partnerships. The focus of this role will be on enabling the adoption of media products which provide partner value across our Media and Community Development (MCD) partners. The successful candidate is both data-driven and has the ability to synthesize market trends in media and related business models, and can effectively work with colleagues across the company to drive results. This partner product marketing role is focused on capturing and synthesizing market feedback from our MCD partners to inform the development of products, enabling effective product education and adoption through the training and enablement of our MCD partner managers and developing and supporting partnerships goals, initiatives and tactics to increase the adoption of products that solve business needs for our MCD partners.
  • Partner with Product Marketing teams to drive product understanding and adoption on how Media and Community Development partners can best use our platform to reach their objectives on and off Facebook platforms
  • Partner with the Product Marketing and Media and Community Development marketing activation teams to help roll out new media products and feature enhancements
  • Identify growth opportunities through data-driven insights, formulating a scalable path to grow product adoption across Media and Community Development partners
  • Distill and surface market feedback to product teams for new and existing media products
  • Aggregate and prioritize publisher product needs into broader analysis and trends
  • Partner with Marketing teams to ensure product materials are customizable for MCD partners
  • 5+ years of experience working in a product marketing, product management, management consulting, product strategy or equivalent function (partnered with product management and/or engineering on strategy and go-to-market)
  • BA/BS degree
  • Experience with the product feedback loop process, including capturing product feedback from customers or users and summarizing usage trends to inform product decisions
  • Experience with Facebook's media products with a focus on marketing services specifically geared towards media partners
  • Media experience including understanding of web and mobile technologies impact on content distribution both in U.S. and globally
  • Experience in a partner-facing capacity
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally and building consensus among multiple stakeholders in an entrepreneurial, high-expectation environment
  • Scrappy, resourceful, action and detail-oriented, with a high ownership mindset to deliver measurable impact
  • Quantitative analytical experience and communication skills
  • MBA
