Job Info

  • Appliespaint to suspension systems by use of spray guns.
  • Prepsand loads suspension systems and other components.
  • Cleans,adjusts, and maintains paint guns and other related tools/equipment.
  • Cleansand maintains the paint booth.
  • Collectsand properly stores waste paint and solvents in accordance with procedures.
  • Performsinspection on products utilizing Total Quality Mgmt. concepts and othermethods.
  • Performspreventive maintenance (PM) on equipment and machines, as necessary.
  • Reportsdaily activities on work orders, KanBan cards, and other media, as required.
  • Conductsrequired quality control (QC) checks using basic measurement equipment.
  • Keeps workarea clean, organized, and free of hazards.
  • Exercisessafe work habits.
  • Performsother duties as assigned.


  • Mechanicalaptitude with a demonstrated ability to work in manufacturing.
  • Abilityto spray paint as part of a production process.
  • Experienceperforming inspections within a production environment.
  • Experienceperforming PM on machines and equipment.
  • Abilityto meet production standards by adhering to established work procedures.
  • Abilityto identifying and report on problems while recommending solutions.
  • Mustbe able to physically lift 40 lbs.
  • Abilityto attend work on a regular basis.
  • Highschool diploma or GED from an accredited program.
  • Ability tofunction as an effective team member.
