The Outbound Logistics Manager will be responsible for building out a comprehensive Outbound Logistics Program, supporting the shipment, tracking, and continuous improvement of FRL device operations. This role will be the liaison between internal stakeholders, cross functional collaboration teams, and the team you represent.
  • Managing existing supplier base and onboarding new suppliers
  • Following and improving Security and Compliance protocol
  • Global ownership of B2B and B2C execution
  • Management of a large and growing team of contractors and vendors
  • Global network evaluation and evolution, ability to scale 3x YoY
  • Contribute to business requirements for system development (TMS, WMS, internal/external Integrations)
  • Planning out execution of new products, customers, markets and value add services
  • Optimize on-time performance
  • Work towards CPU minimization while balancing growth and high levels of service
  • Drive and own internal and external KPI programs
  • Collaboration with cross functional partners and internal stakeholders across many time zones
  • Experience managing a team
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Business
  • 8+ years experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Distribution, or similar field
  • Experience working with Hardware
  • International Trade and Dangerous Goods Compliance experience
  • Experience working in a cross functional role for 5+ years
  • Experience with ERP systems, including TMS or WMS modules
  • Experience working in Consumer Electronics
  • Experience rolling out a new TMS in a business lead position
  • Supported operations where chargebacks were in scope
  • Basic SQL knowledge
  • Experience multi tasking and pivoting throughout the day based on comprehension of prioritization
  • Experience developing, implementing, managing and communicating KPI programs up and down the organization
  • Experience blending analytical skills and business acumen
