Our client, a policy research firm, is hiring for an Organization Development & HR Manager, to join their growing Washington, DC office! This role will be responsible for human capital and growth management strategy, employee relations, spearheading employee engagement, and serving as an advisor on policies and procedures to the organization's leadership. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of HR experience, including a strong organizational development background. This is permanent opportunity with an annual salary of $100K-120K DOE.
