Perform daily activities supporting Supply Chain Warehousing and Logistics operations across the US and Canada? This is the role for you.

As an Order Writing Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for executing activities related to the daily operations of order writing while supporting various projects across Customer Care Aftersales. In this position you will work to ensure the order writing systems perform as required to manage order flow throughout the Customer Care Aftersales network, enabling accurate and timely order fulfillment for all customer types serviced by Customer Care Aftersales. As the organization develops new fulfillment strategies (ie. eCommerce, EV Future Service Model, Next Generation Order Management Systems), you will represent the Order Writing function in these key projects. Through regular report generation and data analysis, you will provide key insight required for Supply Chain Warehousing and Logistics leadership to run the business most effectively. Your management of key system parameters will support optimal network function and prompt recovery during network challenges.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Execute the creation, deployment, and adherence to order processing processes
  • Prioritize personal activities to complete daily responsibilities while supporting assigned projects and ad hoc requests
  • Perform analytical work: Report Generation, delivering insight from data
  • Recommend changes to leadership based on trends or organizational priorities
  • Collaborate with teams internal and external to Supply Chain for projects and initiatives
  • Advise and communicate the most effective methods to maintain optimum order processing performance
  • Attend order processing meetings to provide insight and direction on key order processing processes
  • Strategize upcoming projects and ideal future state processes
  • Talk to customers periodically for feedback on CCA performance and opportunities

Additional Job Description

Required Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
  • High level of analytical ability where problems are unusual, difficult, or complex
  • Strong attention to detail
  • High customer centric focus
  • Strong oral & written communication skills
  • Ability to work independent from Sr. Supervisor while completing project tasks efficiently and on time in a primarily remote work environment
  • Ability to prepare and present material to Senior Leadership effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to work with Microsoft Office software, especially Excel, Access, Power Point as well as overall computer proficiency
  • Ability to setup and facilitate virtual meetings
  • High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others across the organization

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Understanding of Customer Care Aftersales order processing systems and integration with other outbound processes
  • Demonstrated competency using MS Access at an intermediate to advanced level
  • Familiarity with the Customer Care Aftersales Warehouse network
  • Customer/Dealer contact/interface experience
