Our role as the nation’s largest and most experienced Financial Management Service provider is to assist those eligible Medicaid recipients to choose and pay for their own support workers and services within their state-approved personalized budget.  We are appointed by states and managed healthcare organizations to better serve more of their residents and members requiring long-term care and ensure the efficient use of taxpayer funded services.

Responsilbities:  

  • Manage/Review and ensure that all mailing jobs are completed properly
  • Create support tickets utilizing our internal Portal/Created cases using our CRM System
  • Manage mail program for mass mailings
  • Troubleshoot mailroom equipment malfunctions
  • Create and maintain service request database showing frequency of services needed/maintenance performed on equipment
  • Assist with scanning of checks and other documents onto network drives
  • Manage support ticket bins/CRM Cases to process fulfillment requests.
  • Triage Email Boxes
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualificaitons:

  • Moderate experience with Microsoft Office 365 toolset, specifically Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Ability to navigate between multiple applications
  • 2+ years in a mailroom or office setting. Preferably in a deadline driven environment
  • High School Degree or equivalent
  •
