Ultimate Staffing is working with a well established company in the heating, plumbing, and hvac industry seeking:

Office & Marketing Assistant
$48,000 - $53,000 plus benefits
100% in office on location in Landover, MD
Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Create and send email marketing materials to customer base
• Create fliers and other physical marketing materials needed for events
• Register sales reps for trade shows
• Create and ship materials needed for trade shows
• Gather updated logos and product information from manufacturers
• Create and post on social media using Constant-Contact
• Update excel spreadsheets for sales team
• Attend company meetings and take accurate minutes
• Assist with administrative tasks

Requirements:

• 3 - 5 years of experience in an office based setting
• Previous experience in plumbing, heating, hvac, construction, or home improvement greatly desired
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Constant-Contact, Social Media posting, Canva

Ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
