Key Responsibilities:

  • General Office Support:
    • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
    • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls.
    • Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages.
    • Maintain a tidy and organized office environment.
  • Administrative Assistance:
    • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
    • Assist in data entry, document preparation, and report generation.
    • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
  • Communication Management:
    • Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, emails, and documents.
    • Maintain and update contact lists, directories, and office records.
  • Supplies and Inventory Management:
    • Monitor and replenish office supplies as necessary.
    • Keep track of inventory and coordinate orders.
  • Filing and Record-Keeping:
    • Maintain accurate and organized filing systems, both physical and digital.
    • Assist in the organization and archiving of documents.

  • Qualifications:
    • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
    • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Basic knowledge of office equipment and systems (e.g., printers, copiers, phone systems).
    • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
