RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking an OCM Specialist in Juno Beach, FL.Overview:We are seeking a skilled Change Management Practitioner and Communications Consultant create a change management plan and orchestrate all change management activities for multiple concurrent initiatives. The primary responsibility of this role is to lead and support change management efforts within the organization, as well as develop and execute effective communication strategies to ensure the successful implementation of change initiatives. The Change Management Practitioner and Communications Consultant will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive change adoption, mitigate resistance, and foster a culture of open communication and engagement.Responsibilities:
  • Lead and execute change management activities for various organizational change initiatives, following established change management methodologies and best practices
  • Conduct change impact assessments and develop change management plans, considering the needs and concerns of different stakeholder groups
  • Identify and analyze potential risks, resistance, and obstacles to change, and develop strategies to address them
  • Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to develop and deliver clear and compelling change communications, ensuring consistency and alignment with organizational goals and messaging
  • Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans, including key messages, communication channels, and timelines
  • Create engaging and informative communication materials, such as presentations, newsletters, emails, and intranet content, to effectively convey change messages to various audiences
  • Coordinate and facilitate change-related meetings, workshops, and training sessions, ensuring active participation and understanding of the change initiatives
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of change management efforts, collecting feedback and making adjustments as needed


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in change management, preferably in large-scale organizational change initiatives
  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies, principles, and tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing communication strategies, including crafting key messages and selecting appropriate communication channels
  • Proficiency in creating engaging communication materials, such as presentations, newsletters, emails, and intranet content
  • Ability to assess change impacts and risks, and develop appropriate mitigation strategies
  • Strong facilitation and coaching skills to support leaders and managers through change processes
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills to effectively prioritize and manage multiple change initiatives
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to measure the effectiveness of change management efforts
  • Familiarity with change management software or tools is a plus
  • Knowledge of the company's operations and industry is a plus


The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
