Everside Health is expanding the Operations team and looking for an experienced leader to serve as the solution leader for occupational medicine services and oversee the program for existing clients and support new business opportunities, and solution development.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the operations and quality of Occupational Health services across all stakeholders.
  • Develop, refine, implement and maintain occupational health policies and procedures and collaborate with the Director, Occupational Health Services and Regional Medical Director.
  • Develop and manage processes and systems to accommodate customer specific protocols that can be implemented across multiple health centers to provide a consistent service to patients.
  • Collaborate with EMR administrators to ensure appropriateness of templates, visit types and length, scheduling and documentation to assist in health center workflow that will provide consistent and efficient patient care and meet needs for reporting.
  • Coordinate with the Learning and Development team to standardize Occupational Health Trainings/Offerings.
  • Assist the onsite teams with setting up MRO contracts as needed.
  • Standardize and manage forms being utilized in centers and incorporate into EMR workflow for efficiency and reporting purposes.
  • Develop and Maintain a virtual training session to assist the medical teams on training Urine Drug Screen, Breath Alcohol Testing, Spirometry, Audiometry, Shoebox, EKG, Fit Testing, CAOHC Certification, ODG etc.
  • Lead onsite trainings at Health Centers as needed and support Learning & Development team on training of health center staff.
  • Perform clinic audits and quality checks to ensure all processes are being followed. Report identified issues and collaborate with health centers on corrective action plans.
  • Review incident reports and provide improvement ideas to Regional Medical Director and Director of Occupational Health Services.
  • Advise actuarial, data and analytics teams on key metrics to measures and assist in developing a ROI for clients.
  • Collaborate with Regional Medical Director and Director of Occupational Health on updates and improvements to procedures/SOP.
  • Refine, implement and manage an Occupational Health Training program that can be scaled across markets in a cost-efficient manner to include but not limited to: drug screens, Breath alcohol testing, hearing conservation program including audio metrics, respirator fit testing, hazmat, DOT, firefighters, law enforcement exams and surveillance monitoring.
  • Coordinate with quality team to ensure Occupational Health skills assessments are being met and documented properly.
  • Assist in setting up vendor relationships for Occupational Health services.
  • Assist in setting up ACOEM Memberships and Certifications for UDS, CAOHC, NIOSH, NADME, and ODG trainings.
  • Assist with any onsite Billing issues for a quick resolution.
  • Collaborate with the procurement department to provide pricing and quotes on new business implementation and existing client expansions.
  • Attend the implementation meetings and support the implementation teams with new business and growth opportunities.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Certificate from an accredited Nursing School associate degree nursing (A.S.) or License Practical Nursing Certificate is required. Bachelor's degree (BSN) from four-year college or university is preferred.
  • Currently licensed Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse.
  • Certification in Occupational Health Nursing (COHN/COHN-S) preferred but not required.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of related experience including management experience.
  • Strong foundation of knowledge of Occupational Medicine requirements and regulations including but not limited to substance abuse testing, physical exams, surveillance programs & management, worker's compensation and reporting
  • History of developing and operating Occupational Health services across a health system a plus.
  • This position will require up to 30% travel.
  • Ability to maintain patient confidentiality in all kinds of situations is a must.
  • Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required.
  • Experience with Electronic Medical Record systems required.

Salary Range - 75k-90k
