  • Location:Holy Cross Health has two hospitals and four healthcare centers all a short driving distance from Washington DC and Baltimore, MD

Description:
  • Full-Time (Monday - Friday - 7:00 am - 3:30 pm)
  • This position reports to the Director of Colleague Health Services
  • Employee Health Department
  • Location: Silver Spring, MD

Responsibilities:
  • The Nurse Practitioner works collaboratively with the physicians and a multidisciplinary health team.
  • The NP is responsible for providing comprehensive care to patients.
  • Scope of responsibilities include therapeutic health service that focus on health restoration, health maintenance and disease prevention.
  • Provides health education and counseling to individuals and families

What you will need:
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse in State of MD or other compact state
  • Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in State of MD
  • Current DEA license
  • AHA BLS
  • Verification of current national certification
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in a professional nursing role, a minimum of 2 years of experience in specialty area
