Are you our next Utilities Non-Core Supervisor ?

Supervises and coordinates activities of maintenance in an industrial setting. Assists workers in troubleshooting equipment problems based on observations and applying knowledge of past experience. This position is responsible for providing direct supervision of certified maintenance mechanics for all of utility operations, maintenance and planning.

What will you do?

• Duties include (but not limited to): Developing safe work plans.
• Scheduling of planned work and kitting of all necessary supplies.
• Establish internal work standards and hold organization to the agreed standards.
• Execute all preventive and preventive maintenance job plans as per schedule.
• Create the daily work schedule based on the weekly schedule and production outages.
• Work in Maximo and other associated software to develop work orders, scopes of work and schedules for reactive and planned work activities.
• Review Work Order Feedback to insure it is accurate and complete and implement productivity improvement plans.
• Execute weekly maintenance routine work flow schedule in the assigned of the facility. Develop staff and motivate workforce for high performance maintenance team.
• Responsible for performing field SLAM Audits of employees and contractors.
• Responsible for ensuring and completing all required permitting needed for each job.

What do you need for this role?

• High School/GED required.Technical Secondary School: Related Field preferred.
• Maintenance experience
• Maximo experience
