Position Description

Responds to customer verbal and/or written inquiries. Records details about customer inquiries. Helps resolve complicated customer complaints. Coordinates and expedites customer inquiries to other departments for resolution.
Career interest - We are looking for candidates who are looking to grow and develop in a fast-paced high-energy environment. Yes this is a contract role, but we are looking for applicants who are looking for a career.

2. Sales - This is an inside sales role so we are really searching for sales motivated candidates. Network Development Representatives learn a lot about product pitching, handling objections, and how to educate while also selling to our customers; applicants looking for a sales career is highly encouraged and previous sales experience in healthcare is a bonus.

3. Time Management Skills- Staying on top of each aspect of this position is key, as we cannot allow for things to fall through the cracks. We want our representatives to be able to handle their individual work day in and day out with a consistent schedule planned, and use management as a resource for questions and complex issues.
