Stellantis is currently seeking a Purchasing Controller to work in our Mopar Finance group.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Reports to the N.A. Mopar Finance Organization, responsible for supporting the Mopar Purchasing Organization
• Acting as liaison between Mopar Purchasing Operations and every respective finance function (Mopar Finance, Purchasing Finance, Accounting, etc.)
• Work closely with aftermarket purchasing director reviewing and approving savings and other changes as inputted by buyers into tracking system for goal purposes
• Compile service parts purchasing performance data into reports and report purchasing performance to purchasing and finance management
• Working closely with Finance Inventory Analysts to provide input and ensure cost changes, spot buys, material purchases, and other purchasing related activities are accurately forecasted and tracked
• Reviewing all proposed economic increase contract changes for the appropriate level analysis and accuracy prior to granting approvals
• Supporting buyers with contractual rebates, supplier debits, and other adjustments including validation of calculation methodology and approvals
• Actively participating in sourcing process
• Developing and documenting procedures, including governance design and implementation
• Working jointly with Purchasing Operations and other cross-functional teams to complete process improvement initiatives and other special projects
• Other material cost related tasks such as inventory reporting/accounting, material reserve rate assessments, cost / margin analysis etc.
