Salary: $90,000.00 USD Annually - $96,000.00 USD Annually
Description: The Judge Group is currently seeking a Mobility Engineer to support Customs and Border Patrol. This position is remote with the requirement to live within the DC metro region. Candidates with an active CBP badge or DoD clearance are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

System Administration:

• Manage and administer our Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) and Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.
• Troubleshoot and maintain AirWatch systems to ensure optimal performance.

MDM Solutions Design and Implementation:

• Collaborate with the Solutions Architect to design and implement MDM solutions.
• Support the deployment of simple MDM solutions across our organization.

Root Cause Analysis and Escalation:

• Investigate and resolve complex issues related to mobile devices.
• Analyze root causes and provide timely solutions.

Documentation and Testing:

• Keep all relevant documents up-to-date when there are changes in transport design or technologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to test systems and processes, ensuring they meet performance and security requirements.

Client Support:

• Address client queries over the phone, providing excellent customer service.
• Resolve mobile device-related issues promptly.

Network Administration:

• Provide network support, including firewalls, general infrastructure, VPN, and DNS.
• Ensure network security and performance.

ITIL Incident and Problem Management:

• Follow ITIL best practices for incident and problem management.
• Document incidents and resolutions.

Test Strategies and Results:

• Develop and implement test strategies for mobile solutions.
• Document test results accurately.

Education, Skill, and Experience Requirements:

• 2-4 years' work experience as a System Administrator - supporting, maintaining and troubleshooting MDM systems AND Smart Devices (Apple, Android devices like tablet and smart phone, Windows iOS, etc.
• Experience with firewalls, VPN, DNS and general network and network security infrastructure
• Strong understanding of servers & configuration & maintenance: Windows Server 2008 / 2003 / 2013, Exchange, 0365, Azure AD, Active Directory, Web server platforms (IIS, Apache), Linux Forms (Ubuntu, Fedora, RedHat, Photon, Open Suse), other mail systems, web certifications such as SSL and IIS
• Strong knowledge of ITIL based Service Management workflow applications such as incident, problem, and requirements management: Authentication, Certificate system, etc.
• Technical Certifications or demonstrable experience in in one or more MDM Products (AirWatch, MobileIron, XenMobile, Symantec MDM, Good Tech)
• Seeking candidate who can mentor, teach and grow a small team from within to support growing customer requirements.
• Must have great communication and documentation skills.
• Eligibility/Clearance Requirements: Must be able to provide proof of U.S. Citizenship able to obtain a CBP Full Background Investigation
