Job Info

The MGB mobile health service is an innovative program dedicated to increasing access to quality healthcare for historically marginalized communities in the North Shore area. The team in their mobile health van goes to different communities for pop up clinics to bring the care to where the community can best access it. The Nurse Practitioner is an integral member of the team bringing these health care services which include vaccinations, cardiometabolic screening/treatment, and substance use disorder screening/treatment. This position allows the NP to meet the patient, where they are at, in their local environment to best directly assist them with their health care needs.
