Responsible for the coordination and completion of display projects. Oversees all aspects of displays through commercialization and its life cycle. Monitors and summarizes progress of projects. Prepares reports for upper management regarding status.

Ways You Will Make a Difference

• Support brand management to understand brand objectives while working with sales, packaging engineers and art agencies in display creation
• Facilitate key stakeholder meetings to include creating agenda, communicate follow-ups, and update reporting
• Participate in market analysis and activate design for new concept development
• Participate in continuous improvement projects with vendor partners and continued work streams with internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with display vendors to complete new display offerings
• Collaborate with vendors and packaging engineers to optimize displays while maintaining structural integrity
• Reporting on display project timelines, as well as specification sheets for all displays
• Create, update, and maintain the annual catalog of national displays including shopper marketing funded limited time offerings
• Identify and share efficiencies to reduce labor costs and promote modular structures to improve run quantities
  

Experiences That Will Support Your Success

• Experience in supply chain, fulfillment and manufacturing
• Experience in CPG, confections and snacks a plus
• Knowledge of graphic and structural requirements for manufacturing and execution of retail solutions
• Experience working in fast paced environment
  

Skills That Will Make You Successful

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 4-5 years of relevant work experience required
• Positive proactive problem solving skills
• Strong desire for continuous improvement
