Who We Are

Responsibilities
The Psychiatric Emergency Services Mental Health Consultant provides psychiatric evaluation and supportive intervention to patients identified as needing these services. The Mental Health Consultant functions as a member of a multi-disciplinary treatment team utilizing clinical skills in the therapeutic process to ensure delivery of quality mental health services to psychiatric patients and their families.
