Summary

We're growing here at Kitsap Credit Union and are looking for multiple hourly non-exempt benefits eligible Member Associates in various locations in beautiful Washington state. As a Member Associate, you will help to create customer-centered solutions and recommend opportunities for our members. Our managers and team will help you build rapport and forge meaningful relationships as well as support you in achieving your career goals.

Salary Range: $17.32 to 25.98 per hour depending on experience and qualifications

Working hours: Monday - Friday 7am-7pm, plus rotating Saturdays, 8am-5pm;8.5hr shifts, 40hr work week

Bonus Target: 5% potential incentive of base pay

Grade: 5BC

Member Associate Typical Job Duties

• Aid members with deposits, withdrawals, new accounts, and their financial needs
• Suggest products and services to meet members' lifestyle needs
• Walk members through how to use our self-service platforms
• Forge meaningful relationships with members and innovate quality service experiences

Basic Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED
• Cash handling, customer service and/or retail sales experience

Preferred Qualifications

• One plus years' financial institution experience - teller and new accounts
• One plus years of consumer lending (Personal, Auto and Credit Cards) experience
• Ability to obtain NMLS within 30 days
